• Winner will be announced in our video which goes live on Friday, May 21st at 7:15am .

• Winner will have 1 week (until May 28th at 12pm EST) to send an email to contact.ourfamilyb@gmail.com for the purpose of confirming identity and setting up shipping.

• If the winner does not respond by May 28th at 12pm, another will be selected and will be announced shortly thereafter.

  • We will require the winner to provide full name, phone number, and mailing address in order to confirm identity and arrange delivery.

• How is this information used?

  • Winner’s mailing address is only used to ship the prize. We do not store or process this information beyond the need to mail the prize

  • Winner’s phone number is kept along with name so that we may contact the winner in the event that there is an issue with sending the prize. This may occur when an erroneous mailing address is given or due to error of the USPS or UPS - for which we are not liable. We will not call for non giveaway related purposes, without the winner’s permission. The same is true for email address.

  • No, the information we collect is only used by us.

• How is this information secured?

  • The personal information we collect is stored only in the email correspondence conducted for the purpose of confirming identity and arranging shipping

• Winner may be required to provide a w9 for tax purposes depending on the prize.

DISPUTES

• The entrant agrees, as a condition of participating in the giveaway, that disputes not resolved between the participant and Our Family B shall be individually resolved exclusively before a court located in Florida, without resorting to any form of class action. Entrants waive all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and they waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
