Favorite EASY KETO Go-To RECIPE!

We ALL need an EASY & QUICK KETO Go-To Meal! This is a recipe that I make almost every week to MEAL PREP.

For this quick and easy CROCK POT recipe you will need:

Boneless skinless chicken thighs (3-6 depending on size)

Broccoli (or any vegetable of your choice) (1 package frozen)

1 onion (yellow, but I've used all different colors)

1 Beef onion soup mix packet

1 Ranch mix packet

Toppings (optional):

Sour cream (optional - additional ranch packet mixed in to sour cream)

Hot sauce (Buffalo, Tapatio, Sriracha..)

Avocado

Cheddar cheese

To make:

Dump frozen chicken thighs in crock pot, add the Beef onion soup mix on top. Slice onion and throw on the chicken. Dump frozen broccoli on the onion/chicken and sprinkle the Ranch packet all over the broccoli. Set the crock pot on low for 6-7 hours or high for 4-5 hours.

VOILA!! All done!
