Creator Group Coaching Program

In this collaborative program, you’ll engage an hour of group coaching each session wherein we’ll focus on a number of aspects of both your organizational vision and goals as well as strategies you can apply to increase the reach and quality of your content. This program includes the following:

1. Complimentary pre-coaching channel consultation (if not already completed)

2. Twelve group sessions over the course of 3 months (weekly on average) each offering:

   1. Cumulative training on developing your YouTube business

   2. Progress updates since previous conversation

   3. Group video critique

   4. Group discussion

   5. Action steps in preparation for the next conversation

3. Channel / personal branding worksheet which will help to craft your brand identity and communicate your value

4. Additional materials to aid in content creation and channel growth

5. A crash course in structuring your content outlines to lead your audience to action

6. Training in understanding the meaning of, & connections between, the most important YouTube metrics

7. Assistance in optimizing videos for long-term search discovery

8. Tracking, review and insight on channel performance through YouTube analytics

9. Individual video performance review and critique over time leading to greater insight into positive and negative influences on channel growth

10. At the completion of the program you’ll be provided with a written Coaching Debrief / action plan to continue the development of your channel

11. Additional 45min check-in 3 months after completion
